Fix inablity to see last several channels from latest channel change

Description:
foo_xm will allow you to listen to XM Radio channels over the Internet by using XM Radio Online. I originally wrote foo_xm to use XM Radio Online in Windows 2000 without having Windows Media Player 9 installed (a configuration I could not get to function using XM's implementation). Maybe you'll find a use for it too.

Requirements:

• You will need foobar2000.
• For Windows 2000 users without Windows Media Player 9+ installed: You will need to install the Windows Media Format 9 runtime (don't worry, this doesn't install WMP9!). You can find this file somewhere on Microsoft's website or right here (4MB).

Installation:
Place foo_xm.dll into the components folder.

Usage:
Enter your username and password into the XM Radio Online configuration page inside foobar2000. Due to custom authentication, delivery, and metadata methods, you will have to add XM channels in a special fashion. Add XM channels by adding the location xm://channel to foobar2000 (example: xm://47 for Ethel). There is a menu command that will create a new playlist with all known channels for you.
